SodaTide Shipping: US Delivery, Free Shipping Claims and Orders from the UK, Canada or Australia
SodaTide ships from the US unless the sales page says otherwise, and the order email carries tracking. We cannot confirm free shipping, a delivery time or any shipping to the UK, Canada or Australia, because the seller's brief prints none of them. Shipping and the total show at checkout, so read the last screen before you pay.

The basics01
How does SodaTide shipping work?
Your order ships from the US unless the sales page says otherwise, and the order email carries the tracking. That is everything the seller's brief says about shipping (SodaTide sales page (mysodatide.com)).
It prints no carrier, no warehouse address, no delivery days and no shipping price. So this website does not guess them. The seller's checkout shows the shipping line and the total, and the order desk answers tracking questions. This site is the information site of a USA Authorized SodaTide Retailer and does not pack or send parcels.

The cost02
Is SodaTide shipping free?
We cannot confirm it. The seller's brief gives no shipping terms, so any free-shipping claim you see elsewhere is unverified until the live checkout shows it.
The kit prices we hold are 2 bottles at $79 each, 3 bottles at $69 each and 6 bottles at $49 each. Those are bottle prices. They do not include a shipping line, and the brief names no shipping charge in either direction. Confirm the price and the final total on the live checkout.
A small habit saves most surprises: compare the total on the last screen with the kit you chose, and screenshot it. If the total is higher than you expect, stop and ask the order desk before paying.

Origin and time03
Where does SodaTide ship from and how long does it take?
From the US, unless the sales page says otherwise. How long it takes is not printed anywhere we can read.
Ask the order desk for an estimate when you call +1 (302) 200-3480, and write down what you are told. When the tracking number arrives, keep the email. The label on the bottle names Instituto Experience of Lakeland, Florida as distributor, and says the product is made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients. That line describes the product, not the parcel route, and the distributor is not this website or the order desk.
Plan ahead for supplies. One bottle is 30 capsules, so it covers 30 days at the label dose. Order before the last bottle runs out, or you will wait with no capsules and no choice.
Outside the US04
Can you buy SodaTide capsules in the UK?
We cannot confirm it. The brief says the order ships from the US and names no UK address, price or delivery option.
If you live in the UK, the checkout is the only place that can answer. Look for a country box and a final total before you enter card details. Also remember that rules for supplements and labels differ between countries, and the bottle's label is written for the US: its FDA statement and Supplement Facts panel are US wording.
Be careful with any UK shop, marketplace listing or reseller that says it stocks SodaTide. We know of no authorized seller outside the US. A look-alike site can copy the name and the pictures. Compare the web address with the order buttons on this site, and read where to buy for how to spot copies.
Canada and Australia05
What about SodaTide reviews and complaints from Canada or Australia?
We found no verified reviews or complaints from Canada or Australia, and this site publishes no reviews yet. Treat any country-specific rating you see online as unverified.
The brief says nothing about shipping to either country. Duties, taxes, customs delay and a different return route can all apply to an order that crosses a border. None of those costs is in the kit prices we list, and none is in the brief. Ask the order desk before you pay, and ask in writing.
FTC rules cover fake reviews in the US (FTC, Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule Q&A), so a page of five-star praise proves little. We show empty review slots until a review is matched to a real order. See the reviews page for how.
The buyer pays return shipping. Use a tracked service. From abroad that postage can be high, so a return under the 60-day guarantee costs more. Read the guarantee page first.

What should you check when your SodaTide parcel arrives?
Check that the safety seal is whole, the label matches the one on this site and the bottle count matches your order.
The label says not to use a bottle if the safety seal is damaged or missing, and to keep it out of the reach of children. It also says to refrigerate for optimal quality and to keep it away from heat, light and humidity. So put the bottle in the fridge door soon, and do not leave the parcel in a hot car or on a sunny porch.
- Seal intact? If not, do not use it and call the order desk with photos.
- Bottle count matches the kit you ordered?
- Label shows 30 capsules and the Supplement Facts panel?
- Lot number: the seller gives ST-26/SO-7402 as a reference, which is not lab proof.
See storage and the fridge and batch verify for more.
Plan the kit07
How many SodaTide bottles will you need?
One bottle is 30 capsules, so it lasts 30 days at one capsule a day. The kits give 60, 90 or 180 days.
The planner turns a number of days into bottles, using only the three kit prices. It never adds a shipping cost, because none is known. Confirm the total on the live checkout.
For 90 days at 1 a day you need 3 bottles (90 capsules). Fewest spare bottles: 1 x 3-bottle kit, listed at $69 per bottle ($207 for the kit). Confirm on the live checkout.
A planning aid. It counts bottles in kits of 2, 3 and 6 and quotes only the three kit prices, never a total across several kits. It is not advice to take more than the label says: that is 1 capsule a day.

FAQ09
SodaTide questions people ask
Does SodaTide ship to Canada?
We cannot confirm it. The brief says the order ships from the US and names no Canadian option. Check the country box at checkout, and ask the order desk about duties and taxes before you pay.
Does SodaTide ship to Australia?
We cannot confirm it. The brief lists no Australian address or delivery option. Ask the order desk in writing, and budget for customs charges and slow delivery if it does.
How do I track my SodaTide order?
Open the order email, which carries the tracking. If it did not arrive, check spam, then call +1 (302) 200-3480 with the name and email used at checkout.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering SodaTide?
The brief does not say. Call the order desk right away with your order ID, and ask whether the parcel has already left.
What if my SodaTide parcel arrives damaged?
Do not use a bottle with a damaged or missing safety seal. Photograph the parcel and the bottle, then call the order desk with your order ID.
Is SodaTide sold in stores near me?
We know of no store. The order buttons on this site lead to the seller's checkout. A shelf or marketplace listing may not be the genuine product or be covered by the guarantee.
