Is SodaTide a Pill? Capsule vs Pills, Drops and Gummies
SodaTide is a capsule, not drops and not a gummy. The label calls it a vegetarian capsule with a hypromellose shell, 30 to a bottle, one capsule daily with an 8 oz. glass of water. People also search for SodaTide pills, and a capsule is a kind of pill in everyday speech. We found no drops or gummy form on the label.

The short answer01
Is SodaTide a pill or a capsule?
SodaTide is a capsule. In everyday speech a capsule is a kind of pill, so searches for SodaTide pills and soda tide pills mean this same product.
The bottle front says 30 capsules and "Dietary Supplement 30-Day Supply". The shell is hypromellose, which the label calls a vegetarian capsule. Inside is a powder of the three named ingredients and four other ingredients. There is no tablet, no liquid and no chew on the label we hold. The words capsule, pill and softgel are used loosely online, so we use capsule, the word on the bottle.
The weight-loss wording belongs to searchers, not to the label. The front says "Metabolic & Digestive Support*", with an asterisk that leads to the FDA statement. SodaTide is not a drug and not a weight-loss medicine.

Form check02
Does SodaTide come as drops or gummies?
No. The label we hold describes one product: a 30-capsule bottle. We found no SodaTide drops, gummies, powder or drink on the label.
The forms exist for other products. Inulin, for one, is sold as capsules, gummies, tablets and powder (Cleveland Clinic, Inulin). That is a fact about inulin, not about SodaTide. If a page offers SodaTide drops or a gummy, it is not described by this label, so ask the order desk before you pay.
| Form | SodaTide on the label? | What we can say |
|---|---|---|
| Vegetarian capsule | Yes | 30 per bottle, hypromellose shell |
| Pill or tablet | Not as a tablet | "Pill" is loose speech for the capsule |
| Gummy | Not listed | Other inulin products come as gummies |
| Drops or liquid | Not listed | Ask the order desk if a page claims otherwise |
| Powder or drink | Not listed | See the name page |
The shell03
What is a vegetarian capsule made of?
The label says the shell is hypromellose, a plant-based material, which is why it calls the capsule vegetarian.
That describes the shell only. The label does not say whether the bacteria in the blend were grown on animal-free material, and it prints no allergen statement. A seller badge says "vegetarian", but it names no certifier. If you avoid animal products for health or belief, ask the distributor named on the label.
The shell is one of four other ingredients, with microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and silica. No amounts are printed for them. See the full list on the ingredients page.
The count04
How many capsules come in a SodaTide bottle?
A bottle holds 30 capsules. At the label dose of one capsule a day, that is 30 servings and 30 days.
The kits follow the same arithmetic. A 2-bottle kit holds 60 capsules, a 3-bottle kit holds 90 and a 6-bottle kit holds 180. Kit prices are on the pricing page, and the live checkout is the only place to confirm them.
The count is a supply, not a course. The label sets no length of use, and it says not to exceed the recommended dose. If you stop and restart, or miss a day, do not double up. A bottle that lasts 30 days also means a bottle open for 30 days, so the storage line on the label matters from the first capsule to the last.
Safety05
Are weight loss pills and capsules like SodaTide safe?
The form tells you nothing about safety. The FDA warns that many weight-loss products, including pills, supplements and teas, are likely to hold hidden drugs (FDA, Weight Loss Product Notifications).
In one FDA example, capsules sold as a supplement held sibutramine and phenolphthalein (FDA, Slim-K hidden drug notice (example)). We found no public test, FDA notice or warning letter for SodaTide. That is not a test result, and a missing notice proves nothing. NCCIH adds that what is on the label may not be what is in the product (NCCIH, Using Dietary Supplements Wisely).

How do you take and store the SodaTide capsule?
Take one capsule with an 8 oz. glass of water and keep the bottle cold, as the label says. The steps below follow the label text only.
- 01
Check the bottle and the seal
The label says not to use a bottle with a damaged or missing safety seal. Check that the bottle reads SodaTide and 30 capsules.
- 02
Swallow one capsule with 8 oz of water
The label says one (1) capsule daily with an 8 oz. glass of water. It gives no instruction to open or split the capsule.
- 03
Close it and store it cold
Refrigerate for optimal quality, and keep away from heat, light and humidity. Keep it out of the reach of children.
- 04
Ask a pharmacist if swallowing is hard
Do not open the capsule or change how you take it on your own. A pharmacist can tell you what is safe for your situation.
Timing, missed days and the fridge are covered on the how to take it page.
Look-alikes07
Why do some pages call SodaTide drops, gummies or a drink?
Because a name is easy to copy. Pages that rewrite a product's form are often copies, not the seller.
The FTC warns of fake pages that copy real logos and addresses, and of scammers who write glowing reviews themselves or pay others to (FTC, The Truth Behind Weight Loss Ads). If a page lists a form or price this site does not, treat it with care. The only prices we print are the three kit prices, and every order button here goes to the seller's checkout. See where to buy.
Choosing a form08
Is a capsule better than other forms?
No source we read compares capsules with drops, gummies or tablets for this kind of product, so we cannot call one better.
What a label can show you is storage. Some probiotic products need the fridge and others keep at room temperature, so read the bottle (NIH ODS, Probiotics (health professional)). This label says to refrigerate for optimal quality. Whatever the form, the questions that matter are the same: what is in it, in what amounts, and who is it unsafe for. The label facts page answers the first two.
FAQ09
SodaTide questions people ask
How big is a SodaTide capsule?
The label does not print a capsule size or weight, and the 347 mg of named ingredients leaves out the shell and other ingredients. If swallowing matters to you, ask the order desk.
Can you open a SodaTide capsule and mix it with a drink?
The label gives no such direction. It says to take one capsule daily with an 8 oz. glass of water. Ask a pharmacist before changing how you take any supplement.
Is a capsule absorbed better than a tablet?
No source we read compares them for these ingredients. Inulin and resistant starch are fibres that pass through the small intestine undigested, so absorption is not how they are described.
Why do listings mention SodaTide gummies?
Gummies exist for other inulin products, and look-alike listings copy names. The SodaTide label describes capsules only. Confirm any other form with the order desk.
