The capsule01
What are the most common SodaTide questions about the capsule?
SodaTide is a dietary supplement sold as a vegetarian capsule, 30 to a bottle, with one capsule a day by the label. It is not a drug and not a drink.
Type a word to search all the answers, or open a group. Each answer says what the label, the seller's brief and the linked sources show, and what is not printed. Questions about the claims in one line are on the claims page.

What form is SodaTide and how big is one serving?
SodaTide is a vegetarian capsule, hypromellose shell, 30 to a bottle. One serving is one capsule. The label says to take one capsule daily with an 8 oz. glass of water. It is not a drink, powder, gummy or drops.
Does the SodaTide label say what time of day to take it?
No. The label prints no time of day. The seller's brief and the sales page prefer the morning before a meal, but that is a preference, not a label rule. Pick one steady time you can keep, and follow the printed directions.
Can I take SodaTide with less than a full glass of water?
The label says to take it with an 8 oz. glass of water, and nothing we hold allows less. Fibre needs fluid. If swallowing capsules is hard for you, ask a pharmacist for advice before you change how you take it.
Can I take two SodaTide capsules in one day?
No. The label says to take one capsule daily and not to exceed the recommended dose. Taking extra to catch up for a missed day is not covered. If you miss a day, take the next one at the usual time.
How long does one SodaTide bottle last?
Thirty days at the label dose, because a bottle holds 30 capsules and the dose is one a day. The kits last 60, 90 and 180 days. Count what is left, since real routines slip.
What does the Suggested Use line on the SodaTide bottle say?
It reads: "As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule daily with an 8 oz. glass of water. Refrigerate for optimal quality." It gives no time of day, no food rule and no length of use.
The label02
What do people ask about the SodaTide ingredients and label?
The label prints three named lines with milligrams, three bacteria names, a short list of other ingredients and no CFU count.
The seller's brief and the bottle differ in a few places, and the label wins. Read the label facts page for the full transcript.
How much do the three SodaTide lines add up to?
347 mg per capsule: 211 mg of chicory root inulin, 100 mg of potato resistant starch and 36 mg of probiotic blend. That is a little over a third of a gram. Study doses of fibre are usually grams.
How much of my daily fibre goal is one SodaTide capsule?
About 1%, if both fibre lines count. Inulin and resistant starch add up to 311 mg, or 0.311 g, and the fibre Daily Value is 28 g (FDA, Daily Value on the Nutrition and Supplement Facts labels). Food does the real work: beans, oats, fruit and vegetables.
Which three bacteria are named in the SodaTide blend?
Bifidobacterium infantis, Clostridium butyricum and Akkermansia muciniphila. The label prints one weight for the whole blend, 36 mg, and no amount for each strain. No count of live organisms is printed either.
What fills the rest of the SodaTide capsule?
The other ingredients are hypromellose (the vegetarian capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and silica. These are the shell and the usual fillers. The label we hold lists them after the Supplement Facts panel.
Can I find an allergy warning on the SodaTide label?
The label we hold prints no allergen statement. Seller badges mention dairy-free and gluten-free, but we saw no test behind them. If you must avoid an allergen, ask the order desk and your doctor before you buy.
Why does the seller's brief disagree with the SodaTide label?
The brief says no milligrams are printed and to refrigerate after opening. The label prints milligrams and says to refrigerate for optimal quality. When they differ, this site follows the label, so check your own bottle.
Safety03
Is SodaTide suitable with medicines and health conditions?
It depends on your medicines and health, and the label does not answer it. Ask your doctor or pharmacist first, and keep taking every prescribed medicine exactly as directed.
The label asks pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18 and anyone with a known medical condition to consult a physician. More on the side effects page and the diabetes medicines guide.
Never lower, skip or stop a prescribed medicine because of a supplement. Your doctor sets that plan.
Can SodaTide cause low blood sugar?
No source shows that, and the label does not say it. But fibre can change how a meal is absorbed, and some diabetes medicines can cause low blood sugar, especially with skipped meals (NIDDK, Low Blood Glucose (Hypoglycemia)). Ask your doctor or pharmacist first, and keep taking every medicine as directed.
Is SodaTide a problem for a weak immune system?
Ask a clinician first. Live bacteria have caused rare serious infections in people with weak immune systems, central lines or serious illness, according to NCCIH and Harvard. The label asks anyone with a known medical condition to consult a physician.
Should I stop SodaTide before surgery?
Tell your surgeon, anesthesiologist and pharmacist about it well ahead. The American Society of Anesthesiologists gives a general rule to stop supplements about two weeks before surgery (ASA, Herbal and Dietary Supplements and Anesthesia). Follow your care team's instruction.
Has the FDA issued a warning about SodaTide?
We found no FDA notice or warning letter for SodaTide. The FDA does warn that many weight-loss products contain hidden drugs (FDA, Weight Loss Product Notifications). Absence from a list proves nothing, so we cannot call any product clean.
Which symptoms mean I should stop SodaTide and call a doctor?
Severe belly pain, blood or black stool, repeated vomiting, fever with diarrhea, swelling of the face or throat, chest pain or trouble breathing. Call 911 for an emergency. Milder gas or loose stools are still worth mentioning to a clinician.
Can I take SodaTide if I have irritable bowel syndrome?
Ask your doctor first. Fermentable fibre can add gas and bloating, and gut diseases change how people react. The label asks anyone with a known medical condition to consult a physician. Do not start it to self-treat a gut problem.
Can a teenager take SodaTide?
No. The label asks children under 18 to consult a physician before use, and the seller describes the use as adults 18 and over. Ask a pediatrician about weight or gut concerns instead of giving a teen a supplement.
Evidence04
What does research say about SodaTide's claims?
No study of SodaTide was found, so its claims cannot be called results. Research exists on inulin, resistant starch and probiotics in general, and it is small.
Sales words appear in quotes, followed by the evidence. The claims and evidence page sets them side by side.
Can SodaTide change your gut the way the sales page says?
No source shows it. The sales page uses the phrase "transform your gut into a fat-burning machine", but no study of SodaTide was found. Gut bacteria and weight are being studied, and the results so far are small and uneven.
How much weight did probiotic and prebiotic trials show?
Small amounts. A review of gut microbiome diets found averages of about 0.65 kg lost in probiotic groups and about 0.90 kg in prebiotic groups, over a median of 12 weeks, with wide variation (Kunnackal John 2018, Gut microbiome diet and weight meta-analysis). None tested SodaTide.
What doses did resistant starch trials use?
Often grams a day, from 1 to 66 g in one review, and mostly a maize type (Baptista 2024, Resistant starch narrative review). SodaTide prints 100 mg of potato resistant starch, which is 0.1 g. That gap does not make it safe or unsafe.
Does SodaTide control appetite?
No source shows that. The front says "Supports Appetite Control and Satiety*" and the asterisk leads to the FDA statement. The statement says the FDA has not evaluated it. Regular meals, sleep and movement have better evidence.
What do sources say about Akkermansia as a supplement?
We found none that covers it as a supplement. The sales page links it to a healthy metabolism, but no source we read tested Akkermansia in capsules. Treat that line as sales wording, not a finding.
What does NIH say about weight-loss supplements?
NIH says there is little reliable evidence that most weight-loss supplements work, and some carry risks (NIH ODS, Dietary Supplements for Weight Loss (health professional)). That is a statement about the category. It does not say SodaTide fails, only that no test shows it works.
Has a clinical trial tested the SodaTide capsule?
We found none. The research on file covers fibre, resistant starch and probiotics in general, using other products and other doses. Until a trial of this capsule exists, its claims remain label wording.

How much does SodaTide cost and where is it sold?
SodaTide comes in kits of 2, 3 and 6 bottles, from $79 down to $49 a bottle, sold through the seller's checkout. Confirm the price there.
The full table and a kit planner are on the pricing page. We know of no other seller. See where to buy for how to spot look-alike sites.
How many SodaTide bottles do I need for three months?
Three. One capsule a day is 90 capsules over 90 days, and a bottle holds 30. The 3-bottle kit is $69 a bottle ($207). Confirm the price on the live checkout. The kit planner on the pricing page shows other lengths.
What is the lowest SodaTide price per bottle?
The 6-bottle kit, at $49 a bottle ($294 for six). The 3-bottle kit is $69 each ($207) and the 2-bottle kit is $79 each ($158). Shipping and the final total are shown at checkout.
Can I buy a single bottle of SodaTide?
We cannot confirm it. The seller's brief lists three kits of 2, 3 and 6 bottles, and no one-bottle price. Look at the live checkout, and do not trust a one-bottle price on a third-party site.
Can I check out on this website?
No. The order buttons go to the seller's checkout, which handles payment, shipping and refunds. This site is the information site of a USA Authorized SodaTide Retailer, and we earn money when you buy that way.
Is there a SodaTide coupon code?
We know of none. The prices we print are the three kit prices from the seller's brief. A code from a coupon site is unverified, and a discount shown by a countdown clock is a sales device.
Which payment methods does SodaTide accept?
We cannot list them. The seller's image set shows a row of card logos, but the live checkout decides. Read the payment step before you enter details, and never send card numbers to this site's inbox.
After you order06
How do SodaTide shipping, the guarantee and refunds work?
The seller describes a 60-day money-back guarantee from purchase, and the buyer pays return shipping. Shipping cost and delivery days are shown at checkout.
Tracking and refunds on placed orders go through the order desk. See shipping, the guarantee and the refund policy.
How long do I have to ask for a SodaTide refund?
60 days from purchase, per the seller's brief. The sales page also asks for at least 30 days of use. The brief says to confirm the live policy, so read the terms at checkout and call +1 (302) 200-3480 well before day 60.
Does the SodaTide guarantee have conditions?
Yes, as far as we can tell. The sales page asks for at least 30 days of use, and the buyer pays return shipping. Other terms, such as a restocking fee, are not printed. Ask the order desk for them in writing.
Who pays return shipping on SodaTide?
The buyer. The buyer pays return shipping. Use a tracked service. Mail the bottles to the returns address with your full name, email and order ID, and call first to confirm the address.
Which SodaTide phone number is for order help and refunds?
+1 (302) 200-3480. That is the seller's order desk. The phone printed on the bottle belongs to the distributor and is a different number. The website inbox, [email protected], cannot see orders.
Where does SodaTide ship from?
The US, unless the sales page says otherwise, and the order email carries tracking. The brief names no carrier or delivery days. See the shipping page for what we cannot confirm.
Is free shipping included with SodaTide?
We cannot confirm it. The seller's brief prints no shipping terms, so the live checkout is the only place that can say. Read the final total before you pay and screenshot it.
How long does a SodaTide refund take?
The brief says 3-5 business days after the returned bottles are credited, then 5-10 days for the card issuer to post it. Add the mailing days. If the credit is late, email [email protected] with the order ID and your tracking number.

Who runs this SodaTide website and how do the pages work?
Sodatides, a USA Authorized SodaTide Retailer, runs this website. It is not the manufacturer, and it earns money from its order links.
Questions about a page go to [email protected]. See the about page and the editorial standards.
Why should I trust the pages on this site?
Check them, don't trust them. Every health claim is set beside a source you can open, and the label comes first. We also earn a commission, which is a bias, so we state it and mark claims as claims.
Where do the review cards on this site come from?
They are empty slots. The seller's sample reviews and rating are unverified, so none are printed. FTC rules ban fake reviews (FTC, Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule Q&A). We will publish reviews only after matching them to real orders.
Why is the medical reviewer slot empty?
No reviewer is on file yet, and we do not print a name we cannot back up. A reviewer would check each health page against its sources. The about page and editorial standards explain the process.
When were these pages last checked?
October 28, 2026. Prices, the guarantee and shipping can change, so each is marked to confirm at checkout. A page that quotes the label is only as current as the label we hold.
Why does this site call itself an information site?
Because it explains the capsule and sends orders to the seller. It does not make, pack or ship SodaTide. It is run by a USA Authorized SodaTide Retailer, not the manufacturer.
Does this site give medical advice?
No. It reports the label and public sources in plain words. Ask your doctor or pharmacist about your medicines and conditions, and keep taking every prescribed medicine exactly as directed.
