SodaTide Celebrity Endorsement: Is There a Real One?
A SodaTide celebrity endorsement is a claim we could not verify. We found no evidence that any TV doctor, talk-show host or other famous person endorses SodaTide. Pages that pair those names with the product are not the maker's site.

What we found01
Does a TV doctor or talk-show host endorse SodaTide?
We found no evidence of it (is it legit). No source we read links SodaTide to a TV doctor, a talk-show host or any celebrity.
Promotional-style pages put a famous name in the title. We did not treat them as evidence, and they are not the maker's site.
| Where you might see it | What we found |
|---|---|
| The bottle label and sales page text | No doctor or celebrity named |
| Pages that pair a famous name with the product | Not the maker's site |
How it works02
How do fake celebrity endorsements work?
A seller builds a page like a news story and puts a famous name beside a product, without the person's consent.
In a settled 2017 case, the FTC alleged fake news sites showed endorsements by entertainers and a TV doctor who had not endorsed the products. (FTC, Fake celebrity endorsement case (fake news sites)) Those are allegations about other defendants, not about SodaTide.
An endorsement must reflect the endorser's honest opinion, and ties must be disclosed. (FTC, Endorsement Guides Q&A)
Badges03
Does a doctor-style badge mean a doctor approved it?
No. A badge is a claim by the seller, and the seller's image set includes a "doctor formulated" badge that names no doctor.
That badge is not a medical review, and we could not confirm who formulated it.

A seller badge with no certifier named. Supplement makers must follow GMP rules by law; a badge shows no audit.

Food and supplement facilities register with the FDA. A registered facility is not an approved product, and we saw no registration number.

A seller badge with no named certifier behind it.

'Natural' has no set legal meaning for supplements and does not mean safe or effective.

A seller badge. We saw no allergen statement or test behind it; check your bottle if you must avoid dairy.
A seller badge. We saw no allergen statement or test result behind it; check your bottle if you must avoid gluten.
The label says the capsule shell is hypromellose (vegetarian capsule). It does not say the bacteria or other parts were checked for animal-free growth media.
A seller badge. No purity test, lab or standard is named, so it is a claim and not a result.
No doctor is named on the badge, the label or in the brief, and a badge is not a medical review.

'100% satisfaction guaranteed'. The badge prints no number of days; the brief says 60 days and the live checkout prints the terms.
Each badge comes from the brand's own image set. A badge is a claim by the seller, not a certificate: none names a certifier, lab or audit. The FDA does not approve supplements before they are sold, and its GMP rules cover quality, not whether a product works (FDA, Questions and Answers on Dietary Supplements). Health claims in ads need real evidence (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).

How can you check an endorsement claim?
Ask where the claim lives; the ad claims check helps. A real endorsement sits on the endorser's own channel.
- Check the web address, not the design.
- Report fake ads to the FTC. (FTC, Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule Q&A)
FDA says tainted weight-loss products often carry social media promotion. (FDA, Weight Loss Product Notifications) We found no public test or FDA notice for SodaTide, and absence from a list proves nothing. Ask a clinician first if you take medicine. The price and guarantee appear at checkout.

FAQ05
SodaTide questions people ask
Is the SodaTide celebrity endorsement real?
We could not verify any. We found no statement by an endorser and no mention on the bottle or in the sales page text. Treat it as unproven.
Why do ads use a TV doctor to sell supplements?
A trusted face makes a claim feel safe, and the FTC has acted against invented ones.
Does a doctor photo on a supplement ad mean a doctor approved it?
No. A photo is not an approval, and a badge that names no doctor is not a review. Look for a named reviewer you can check.
