The label says: "As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule daily with an 8 oz. glass of water. Refrigerate for optimal quality." It prints 30 servings per container. Skip a day and the bottle lasts a day longer; that is arithmetic, not advice.
The label prints no time of day. The sales page prefers the morning, before a meal, and the label wins where they differ. Do not take more than the label says.
