What is inside fat burner pills?
It depends on the bottle. "Fat burner" names a sales category, not a recipe, so two pills can share only the wording.

Mainly in how they are made. A capsule is a shell around a powder; a tablet is a pressed powder. We found no source that ranks one form above the other.
