Appetite suppressant tea is a tea or herbal drink sold with the promise that you will feel less hungry. The words describe a claim, and each brand blends its own leaves, roots and extras.
We could not confirm a standard recipe. NCCIH reviewed approaches such as green tea extracts and found none shown to work for weight loss (its page dates from 2017). (NCCIH, Weight Control) The same page says "natural" does not mean "safe".

Does appetite suppressant tea work because of caffeine?
We found no source showing that caffeine in a tea curbs appetite for weight loss, so we cannot say it works. We also could not confirm a typical caffeine amount for these teas.
